We work with original designs and offer the possibility of customization. Therefore, we are not limited to the products already present in the catalogue. Therefore, we offer earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, brooches or whatever the client proposes!

How does it work to customize a piece?

Firstly, you must schedule an in-person or remote appointment with us via our WhatsApp number.
The consultations usually last around an hour and a half, in which Nat offers a free consultation on harmonizing accessories with the other elements of the look (if it is for a special occasion) and, from this consultation, we arrive at a complete briefing about your style and proposal, in order to produce a unique and authorial piece for you. 
If you wish to proceed with the creation of a design, we will proceed with contracting the design and Nat will send you the proposal with a sketch of your piece by email along with the cost of the production.

How far in advance should I contact?

Our work is handcrafted, so advance notice is welcome! However, a comfortable deadline would be about 2 months before the event for personalized pieces. For models already created and made available on the website, the deadline for making the piece is up to 60 calendar days.
However, deadlines can be shortened in urgent cases - if this is your case, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. Here at Nat Co. we are available to do whatever it takes to make your dream come true!

What is the estimated delivery date for the part?

The item is shipped 60 days after payment confirmation.
In cases of orders placed less than 60 days before the event, delivery is arranged with the customer!

Do you deliver to other states and outside the country?

Yes, we send products by post with shipping separately.

Where is your studio?

It is located in Niterói - RJ, but we specialize in remote service, with the majority of customers from other states and countries.

We are on WhatsApp daily receiving customers from 10 am to 6 pm, and we have in-person service by appointment at our studio in Niterói - RJ, in addition to online services that take place on different days and times for customers from all over the country and the world!< /p>
